Shipping Fees
Refunds do not include shipping and handling fees, and you are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us.
Once we receive the returned goods, we will process a full refund within 2 ~ 4 working days. Note that bottles returned must not be damaged.
We recommend using insured mail or trackable shipping service to ensure your package is received by us, as we are not responsible for returns that never arrive at our facility.
